My wife and I got the chance to eat at the new Noodle Express restaurant. In case you don’t know where it is, it’s on 10th Ave near Pita Pit.
We were hoping it was going to be like another noodle place we had in Colorado Springs which was pretty good. It was not the exact same because Noodle Express only has the Asian-style food instead of a big variety. Even so, we still really liked it. Their service was friendly and fast. I guess they modified their operations a little bit and got a runner to take the food to the tables instead of making the customer walk up to the counter (which would create quite the crowd).
We plan on throwing that restaurant into the rotation. Now we are just counting the days unil Bostons opens up (not to mention Chili’s and Macaroni Grill)!

I read an article online regarding the city commissioners approving the planned dog park here in Great Falls.
This is a great move for Great Falls, in my opinion. I hope the Animal Foundation is able to complete the project quickly and still include the conveniences many other dog parks across the state have.
You can read the article here.

Check out this link about using a cell phone or PDA instead of the paper boarding passes.
I personally think it is a great idea. Instead of a paper boarding pass, you show your cell phone or PDA to the TSA and the airline. On that would be a bar code and information that was sent to your phone when you purchased a ticket. I don’t think it is any less secure than being able to print your own boarding pass at home.
Think about it. What is the secure part of a boarding pass? Really it’s the bar code that links you to more information in the system. You still have to have your ID and whatnot. I think it’s a huge convenience boost. I’d much rather not have to carry a paper boarding pass.
Of course, you’d still have to show ID so that they can verify who you are. It’d be bad if you lose your Blackberry and then someone else boards the flight as you. But again, this is no different than a paper boarding pass.
Thoughts?

My wife and I were driving down River tonight and saw the walking bridge (or whatever it is supposed to be some day) all lit up from the bottom. We were incredibly impressed — it looked very cool.
I think it would be neat if the city did this to the other bridges at night. It doesn’t necessarily have to be as bright as it is with that bridge. I just think it brings a cool look to the river at night.
If you haven’t seen it, go take a look!
