Noodle Express
My wife and I got the chance to eat at the new Noodle Express restaurant. In case you don’t know where it is, it’s on 10th Ave near Pita Pit.
We were hoping it was going to be like another noodle place we had in Colorado Springs which was pretty good. It was not the exact same because Noodle Express only has the Asian-style food instead of a big variety. Even so, we still really liked it. Their service was friendly and fast. I guess they modified their operations a little bit and got a runner to take the food to the tables instead of making the customer walk up to the counter (which would create quite the crowd).
We plan on throwing that restaurant into the rotation. Now we are just counting the days unil Bostons opens up (not to mention Chili’s and Macaroni Grill)!

Your experience was very different from ours.
The hubby & I stopped in Wednesday night. It was crowded, slow & very unorganized. We are not planning to go back anytime soon.

That’s too bad about your experience. Of course, them being crowded is something out of their control (but a good thing in my opinion!).
I was there on a Thursday. I’m thinking my good experience was directly related to your bad one. I believe they learned from their mistakes and changed the way they run things during busy times.
I’d recommend giving them another shot when you’ve got time.

well, second time was OK but the food was less than fantastic. I ordered a rice bowl this time- what a disappointment, a couple pieces of chicken & some lettuce. Not worth the $6.

Do you think that someone made it incorrectly or that is how they are directed to prepare the bowl? I’m hoping it was the former since that can be fixed over time.
It would be discouraging to have a new restaurant with such potential lose customers so soon after they opened.

We’ve been there four times, and loved it every time. Delicious!
